Github Build Configuration not working due to missing KSyntaxHighlighting files

    Description

      When i use the build_qmake.yml file, the plugin compilation stops during compilations of textdocumentlayout.h (included by my plugin) due to missing include of Header <State>.

      The "State" file is included in the offical qtcreateor source files (tar.gz, 7z), but not included in the file qtcreator-dev.7z as part of the build_qmake.yml.
