Providing an option to override mingw32-make by jom

      Qt Creator has an option to let it use jom instead of nmake by default. But it would be nice if the option can override mingw32's make as well (and maybe other "make" programs). mingw32-make -j JOBS does NOT work without sh.exe, which is not provided in the official QT-SDK, and I can imagine it will result in bad performance when sh.exe is provided.
