cmake target selection not persistent

after restarting qtc looses the "cmake target" selection from the "build steps":

• in "build settings", select "<Current executable>" (side note: in earlier versions of qtc this would unselect the "all" target, as only one target can be selected. maybe it makes sense to treat "all" different and unselect it when any other target is selected)
• quit qtc, restart qtc
• observation: the previous selection  "<Current executable>" is gone, "all" is selected again

side note2: i wonder if the "clean" target should be hidden, as it's not a target any user wants to run during "build" (there's "clean steps" for it)
