Remove mentions of Bare Metal plugin in MCU documentation

      The "Connecting MCUs" documentation points to the Bare Metal plugin documentation to enable debugging a Qt for MCUs application from Qt Creator. 

      There is however no straightforward way to make it work, and no documented steps. Until a "proper" workflow is implemented and documented, mentions should be removed.

      Besides the places highlighted in the screenshot below, it's also mentioned in the "Requirements" list.
