Latest Android SDK Command-line Tools are not recognized as latest.

      There is Android SDK Command-line Tools (latest) installed (see the screenshot). But it says that it is not. Although, all info (concerning Android packages) are fetched using this tools.

      When I delete "Android\Sdk\cmdline-tools\latest", it can not fetch any Android SDK packages at all.

      When I click Install, it downloads the latest command-line tools, but can not replace the existed one.
