[Reg 4.12->4.13] Alt+V keyboard shortcut mnemonic conflict from adding 'View' menu

      Steps to reproduce
      1. While editing code, press Ctrl+Shift+F to open advanced find.
      2. Observing that the Case sensitive option has "v" underlined, press Alt+V to toggle its checkbox.
      Expected results

      The checkbox is toggled. This occurred prior to version 4.13.

      Actual results

      The checkbox does not toggle because the "View" menu introduced in version 4.13 has also been given the "V" mnemonic.
