Using function attributes in namespaces breaks the highlighting and the symbol navigator

When using a function attributes such as [[nodiscard]] inside a namespace the attribute is highlighted as if it was a namespace, and is also shown in the symbol navigator in the top bar as the namespace of the function. The real namespace does not contain the function in the symbols list.
