Shortcut column out of view

Steps to reproduce:

Open Tools - Options..., select Environment and Keyboard tab, Shortcut column is visible and the width of the Keyboard Shortcuts list view is correctly computed.

Now close the Options dialog ( Environment and Keyboards tab have to be selected ) and reopen the Options dialog again, the Shortcut column is out of view and the horizontal scrollbar is displayed.
