There is no UID for the smart installer in the template .pro file for mobile prijects

    Description

      The smart installer needs its own UID which can be set in the .pro-file with the following statement:

      DEPLOYMENT.installer_header = 0xAAAAAAAA

      We need to
      1) Generate a UID for the smart installer
      2) put it into the template for mobile Qt projects.
