Add a context menu entry to the Debugger pane that copies only the selected lines

I was recently debugging a stack overflow and clicked on <More> to expand the stack trace. This loaded 10,000 entries (which should probably be reduced, too). The only option the UI offers me – besides creating a full backtrace, which takes ages for such a large trace – is to copy the entire contents of the stack trace. It would be nice if there was an option called "Copy Selection to Clipboard" so that I could select a smaller amount of lines.
