[REG 4.13 -> 4.14] "Do you want to recompile" displayed repeatedly

1. Create a new "Qt Quick Application - Empty" project using the wizard's defaults.
2. Go to "Projects" mode.
   A "Debug" build configuration is selected.
3. Select the "Release" build configuration of the same kit.
4. Select the "Debug" build configuration of the same kit again.
5. Select a different entry from the combo box "QML debugging and profiling".
   A message box will appear asking you whether you want to rebuild.
6. Click "No".
   The message box disappear and right behind it, you will see the same message box again. For each time you switched to a different build configuration and back, you will get one more message box.
