Similarly to the Qt for MCUs template project created by Qt Design Studio, Qt Creator could make use of GLOB_RECURSE function in CMake to automatically include all QML files and image files present in the project folder. 

Until Qt Creator can properly handle QUL specifics when it comes to project file management, this would simplify the user's work by not having to manually edit the CMakeLists after adding a new QML/image file.
