Qml Designer Plugin using hard coded path

      In QmlDesignerPlugin::delayedInitialize()  (src/plugins/qmldesigner/qmldesignerplugin.cpp:232), "qtcreator" is being hard-coded into the path.  This path should be using QLatin1String(Core::Constants::IDE_ID)
