Rebuild from menu does not run properly

      • Open some old project for Android
      • Tune it completely for Android SDK 29 or make some other changes
      • Click Rebuild in menu dropping from project tree top leaf (project name) in Projects editor window.

      QtCreator starts cleaning, completes it then stops. No further rebuild actions perform. To rebuild it is needed click Rebuild from same menu again - then build process starts. This appeared in QtCreator 4.11. Previous version worked properly.
