Install an AVD for Android by default with initial installation

      Many users had faced issues setting up an AVD for Android when first setting up the environment. issues include misleading warning messages in the AVD creation dialog and not smooth installation for AVD. an AVD image could be installed by default from the start, so we can get an environment quick ready with a working SDK and AVD.

      We could select a system image that can be used universally by most developers.
