Allow code completion in constructor initialization lists

Allow code completion in constructor initialization lists.

For example, if a class Foo has the member variables "int foo" and "int bar", it would be nice if invoking code completion while in Foo's constructor initialization list displayed a list containing the available member variables that can be initialized, in this case "foo" and "bar".
