When clicking on the split view button on a multi-monitor display where the primary screen is on the bottom and the secondary screen is on top. The popup menu appears primary screen. I was expecting it to popup on the secondary screen under the split view button. This happens for both windows and mac, with the same monitor configuration. See Screenshot attached.
