Not possible to build tests and examples from project tree when Qt was configured with -nomake tests and -nomake examples

With qmake this was possible; even if Qt had been configured with -nomake tests and -nomake examples, you could open the project tree for the module and those tests and examples would be there, and then you could right click on them to get a context menu, from within which you had options to build that target. With CMake, I don't see any tests or examples in the project tree.
