Project is part of Qt sources that do not match the Qt defined in the kit

Because of QTBUG-87989, I need to open an auto test through the .pro file (/home/mitch/dev/qt-dev/qtquickcontrols2/tests/auto/controls/basic/basic.pro) instead of CMakeLists.txt. When I do that, I get this warning:

The warning is wrong. The sources are at ~/dev/qt-dev and the build is at ~/dev/qt-dev-debug. The Qt was built with CMake, but again, I am using the .pro because of the previously mentioned bug.

I also don't know if the application will actually run or not, because of this.
