Allow skip Qt kit selection page when creating non-Qt project

    Description

      I want to use Qt Creator as a generic IDE, however, currently Qt Creator forces me to choose a Qt kit no matter I'm creating a Qt project or not.

      Here's my suggestion: if I want to create a pure C/C++ project, I hope Qt Creator can skip the Qt kit selection page.
