Text size of project welcome page too small on 4K display

      On KDE desktop, the text size of project welcome page does not scale with system font DPI.

      It is hard to see the recent project list clearly on 4K display.
      But text of other components(Menu, Editor, Setting dialog) all scale with font DPI nicely.
      (I set system DPI to 144 but keep QT_SCREEN_SCALE_FACTORS=1, otherwise some icons in QtCreator and other apps become ugly or blurry)

      A quick patch can fix this bug: project-welcome-page-hidpi.patch
