Opening UI to design the background is white?

      Wrong background color for UI

      When designing app, go into UI design and the background is now white! I will attach pics to show how it used to be to what it is now. Theme is identical in both instances. I never make any app in white or gray so this is quite a surprise. It is blindng.

      White is old scool. I need it to be as before.
