      Looks like QTCREATORBUG-15449 has been resurrected. Maybe a regression in Clang.

      • Temp files remain on the disk, like: src/plugins/projectexplorer/buildconfiguration.cpp~RF1f8bbb54.TMP
      • When I run git pull from Qt Creator, some headers remain unchanged.
