Plugin activation unclarity

When I add activate a plugin in the About Plugins dialog, I get the 'Restart required' message (fine) and the 'Install Plugin...' and 'Close' buttons are activate. I /know/ that I need to use 'Close' to get the 'Restart now'/'Later' choice but I don't think this is obvious.

Would it be possible to have the 'Restart now' as button in the main dialog, and activate this in parallel with the 'Restart required' message (and maybe rename 'Close' in this case to 'Close Dialog and Restart Later')?
