Selected build targets cannot be unselected from targets list when removing them from CMakeLists.txt and running CMake

If a specific target was selected to build, and subsequently removed from CMakeLists.txt, the "Build Steps" Targets list doesn't show the target anymore, but the "Build:" command line still shows the target there.

This causes builds to fail.

Neither closing/re-opening the project, nor quiting/re-starting Qt Creator with the project, fixes the issue (the deprecated target is still present on the command line as shown, but not available to be unselected from the list.)
