Highlight for some Core Components is broken

QtCreator 3.13.x highlights some core components (like Timer, Connections) as errors "Unknown component" (M300) or "Invalid property name "Component"" (M16):

There is "import QtQuick 2.9" statement at the beginning of the file.

No errors in application runtime.
