Git clone wizard does not update directory field when it matches an existing directory

    Description

      If you paste the following URL to the Git Clone wizard "Repository" field:

      git://code.qt.io/clang/clang.git

      then "Directory" is properly filled with "clang".

      However, if you type the URL char by char, the "Repository" will contain "git"
