If the project scan of a CMake project takes some times, we can hit the start application during a period when it is not ready, and instead of stacking the "play" command like when a build is running the user request is just discarded.

It will be ideal to be able to hit play button as soon as a debug/release switch and see the application launching as soon as possible.
