Qt Creator fails to start with ClangFormat plugin enabled on some systems

    Description

      After the plugin has been enabled, there is this error:

      : CommandLine Error: Option 'non-global-value-max-name-size' registered more than once!
LLVM ERROR: inconsistency in registered CommandLine options
