If you change the project's build settings (such as QML debugging and profiling) in a CMake project, Qt Creator will show the "Apply configuration changes?" dialog every time you build or start the application.

This happens with remote linux and boot2qt targets, but not with a Desktop target, where the confirmation is asked only once.
