App wizards: Improve i18n support

      Since QTCREATORBUG-7453 Qt Creator project wizards allow users to add translations to their new projects. However, the current wizards have multiple issues:

      • Wizard Page: Selecting a language in the alphabetical drop-down list with 100's of items is cumbersome.
      • C++: Generated code does not include mechanics to actually load translations
      • qmake/CMake: .qm files are not embedded in resources
