Conan: Auto-detect projects using conan

    Description

      Qt Creator should be able to detect that a project uses conan for its dependencies by looking for a conanfile.txt, or conanfile.py in the source directory.

      If it detects such a file, it should automatically add a 'conan install' step to the build steps.
