Clean up Qt Quick project wizards

      • Move "Qt Quick Application" wizard to "Qt Quick Project"s
      • Remove "Import Existing QML Directory" in QT C++ and Qt Quick Project sections
      • create new "Files and Classes" entry "QML" and move "Qt QML File" from "Qt" into this section, also rename it to "QML file"
