Add "copy to clipboard" icon to Clazy tooltips

    Description

      In contrast to the Clang tooltips (which you get when hovering over a warning or error), the Clazy tooltips don't have a means to copy the message to the clipboard.

      That can be useful to either search for more information how to fix the warning, or to state in the commit message why the change was needed.
