created sis packages needs to be ovi store ready

    Description

      We need to make sure that all sis packages we build with Creator can be manually uploaded to ovi store.
      In order to do this we need to have:

      make unsingned_sis not supported
      http://bugreports.qt.nokia.com/browse/QTBUG-13902

      fixed and tested.
