Qt Creator does not start with clang format plugin

    Description

      When I try to start Qt Creator after the update to 4.14 I see the following:

      leander@leander-Virtual-Machine:~/Qt/Tools/QtCreator/bin$ ./qtcreator
: CommandLine Error: Option 'non-global-value-max-name-size' registered more than once!
LLVM ERROR: inconsistency in registered CommandLine options

      When I disable the clang-format plugin QtC starts.
