No way to turn qtc_enable_separate_debug_info off

      Starting with 4.14.0, the qt-creator build system automatically strips debug info from executable and libraries.

       

      With this change, our distro build process can't create debug packages for our users.

      The qtc_enable_separate_debug_info calls in cmake/QtCreatorAPI.cmake shall not be forced.
