Have to run cmake again after each build

I'm building QDS from creator super repo (tqtc-qtc-super) using Qt Creator and cmake (added -DBUILD_DESIGNSTUDIO=ON to cmake parameters). I'm building against Qt 5.15.2 binary release on Windows (msvc2019_64). After every build of the creator, the build and run buttons stay disabled, requiring me to rerun cmake on the project to allow me to build again. Build settings page has a warning "The project was not parsed successfully." whenever this happens.
