can no longer use "CurrentKit" or "CurrentBuild" in ext tool cmd args

      not tested on windows
      see screen shot
      used to be able to specify eg:

      > %{CurrentKit:Name}
      > %{CurrentBuild:Name}
      > %{CurrentProject:Path}

      etc in the external tool command args
      now those vars are no longer available / do not resolve?
