SshConnection::createDownload does not work

    Description

      It seems qtcreator only uses this functionality to test SFTP connection, but it never tries to download any files with this function. So I guess this has never been tested.

      When used it fails while creating directories with mkdir as the first directory will be "/" when using absolute target directories on linux.

      It also fails on executing the "get" call because sourceFileOrLinkTarget is not assigned in case of Download.
