Bare metal debugger doesn't handle .SVD files properly

      The bare metal debug provider doesn't support these peripheral file (.svd) features:

      • Clustered registers
      • Clustered register arrays
      • Register arrays
      • Enumerated field values

      Without these features the peripheral register view utility is severely limited.
