CMake project parsing freezes

    Description

      CMake project parsing freezes if I clicked "CMake Run" in project context menu when previous parsing process in progress.
      Current parsing process stops but new not started.

      Project parsing working icon has infinite animation:

      Message in terminal:

      SOFT ASSERT: "!m_reader.isParsing()" in file /home/qt/work/build/qt-creator/src/plugins/cmakeprojectmanager/cmakebuildsystem.cpp, line 239

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Click "CMake Run" in project context menu
      2. Click again "CMake Run" before parsing process is finished
