Qt Creator creates .ts file with invalid language tag

    Description

      When selecting a language in the Qt Creator project wizards, the generated .ts file contains an invalid language tag that consists of the full file name.

      File generated for a project 'untitled6' and ar_DZ language:

      <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<!DOCTYPE TS>
<TS version="2.1" language="untitled6_ar_DZ"></TS>

      THe language should be 'ar_DZ' instead.
