The Create Setter and Getter Member Functions refactoring action used to create the implementations for generated Getters/Setters in the .cpp file until Qt Creator 4.14. Without asking.

In the master branch, that refactoring action creates them in the header file (without asking).

Both scenarios make sense. But was this change intended?
