[REG 4.14 -> 4.15] "Run" button on first click just builds

      1. Create a new Qt Widgets Application using the wizard.
        All defaults, i.e. qmake based.
      2. Click Creator's "Run" button in the lower left corner.
        The project will build but not run.
      3. Click the "Run" button again.
        Now the project will run.

      The "Run" button should build the project if needed and then run it right away. It used to work like that in Creator 4.14.

      Found by Squish test tst_APTW01.
