Git Repository Clone wizard does not handle local repositories correctly

    Description

      When I open the Git Repository Clone wizard and enter a local Path in "Clone URL", the whole path (without drive letter) is being copied to "Checkout Directory". This does not make sense.

      When I change "Checkout Directory" to some reasonable value, copying the local repository works fine.
