Dev package needs to be fixed for macOS

    Description

      For CMake, the binaries and devel component must be installed into the same prefix, but on macOS that would lead to cluttering the main directory (adding include/, libs/ and other directories beside "Qt Creator.app").

      This content should move into the app bundle.
