Link with QT does not work

    Description

      I have installed Qt under C:/Qt, in Qt Creator I now go to Settings -> Kits -> Qt Versions (currently empty) and click Link with QT. Then QtC restarts, but the Qt Versions list is still empty (I have installed various Qt Versions) and when I hover over the button Link with Qt it says "Currently linked to C:/Qt/Tools/QtCreator/share/qtcreator"
