Python block comment conflicts with static analyzer

    Description

      Using the shortcut to comment Python code prepends just '#' to the selected lines while instead it should prepend "# ".

      Prepending just '#' triggers the static analyzer to ask the user for a space after #.

      If the user fixes this warning and then uncomments the code, Qt Creator won't strip the line of the additional leading space, thus creating an indentation error.
