Qt Creator start up is very slow on Windows

While testing Qt6.1 beta I encountered very slow start ups with Qt Creator on Windows. Tried out clean install as well but the problem is persisting. Qt Creator start up was taking minutes before clean install and after that approx one minute (which is still quite long time to start).

Seems like WinRT delayedinitialization is taking over 52 seconds.
